Job summary

Southwire Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate Manufacturing 2 in Carrollton, GA. The role involves unloading raw materials, maintaining WIP zones, building out loads, and coordinating product flow to/from warehouses. Proficiency with SAP/Advaris and forklift operation is required, along with a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Shift is 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM with a pay rate of $24.34–$25.89 per hour. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; experience with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must have experience using Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be certified to operate mobile equipment and overhead crane (Rod Mill).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload finished products, scrap, and miscellaneous items from trucks.
• Bill out trucks of finished product/scrap/miscellaneous items to be shipped out.
• Receive and unload incoming trucks with raw materials, packaging, and miscellaneous items.
• Receive finished product into the finished goods warehouse.
• Tag and identify material and finished product for inventory and shipping.
• Log information into SAP/Advaris.
• Maintain housekeeping and orderliness of warehouses.
• Operate forklift and support Rod Mill duties as required.
