Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for our GA facility. The position supports a swing shift (D 6pm-4am or 8pm-6am) with pay rates of $27.50–$29.27 per hour. Located in ATL DC- WACO, Ga., the role includes operating machinery, assisting the supervisor, and ensuring safe, efficient department operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain a valid forklift truck operator’s license.
• Able to read, count, do simple math and write legibly.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to keep department operating efficiently.
• Perform supervisory duties as needed.
• Accommodate the needs of operators as needed.
• Operate machinery or work in other departments as needed.
• Assist supervision with safety, housekeeping and performance.
