Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Augusta, ME to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and related paperwork. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on pick planning, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–4 years in warehousing, supervisory experience preferred, and OSHA forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading of trucks.
• Maintains stock rotation and FIFO procedures.
• Models strong service quality and ensures staff understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and analyze performance.
• Ensures building security and safety procedures are followed.
