Job summary

Qualifications

• Review and evaluate performance of all distribution center functions, address performance gaps, and take corrective action to ensure goals are delivered.
• Assess business conditions and address near-term opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, or generate incremental revenue.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and capital expenditure proposals; align with director of distribution.
• Direct adoption of improved processes, equipment and facilities to achieve incremental results.
• Create high customer service expectations and monitor performance with customers to close gaps.
