Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for product selection and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory).
• Adhere to budget requirements and support branch goals.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment for distribution functions and comply with OSHA/local policies.
• Lead safety programs and implement improvements.
• Recommend equipment upgrades to maintain productivity.
• Recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Timely reporting and deadline compliance.
• Research and present ideas to improve warehouse operations.
• Attend meetings and participate in planning.
