Job summary

Niche Polymer, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to perform a variety of tasks on the production floor, including receiving and processing materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities include operating equipment as required, maintaining production records, and ensuring safety. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and strong attendance.

Qualifications

• Requires Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to interact with employees, customers, vendors and international guests at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations as prescribed by Shift Supervision.
• Operate machines or processes as required by Job Order.
• Maintain accurate production status documents and logs.
• Ensure personal and material safety during machine operations.
• Perform cleanup and machine changeovers as assigned.
• Perform machine maintenance as needed.
• Train and support new employees as assigned.
• Perform various warehouse tasks as directed by Plant/Production Manager.
