Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a Warehouse Sorter for our Indianapolis facility. The role focuses on sorting packages for delivery, assisting with loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory while meeting tight deadlines.

Candidates should have at least a High School diploma (or GED) and 2 years in logistics. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook is preferred, with strong organizational skills and a safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years related experience or training.
• Experience in logistics or distribution is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and prepares packages for delivery to their correct destinations.
• Assists in loading and unloading packages in and out of delivery vehicles.
• Works independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Keeps inventory records up to date.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensures timely and efficient flow of all packages through the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
