Job summary

NOW Courier in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Sorter to support the Warehouse and Routing Departments by sorting and preparing packages for delivery, assisting with loading and unloading, and keeping accurate records.

You will work independently or with a team to meet deadlines, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and help ensure the timely flow of all packages through the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• At least 2 years of sorting experience.
• 6 months of forklift/PIT experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and prepares packages for delivery to their correct destinations.
• Assists in loading and unloading packages in and out of delivery vehicles.
• Works independently or as part of a team to meet specific deadlines.
• Keeps inventory records up to date.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Ensures the timely and efficient flow of all packages and documents through the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
