Performance Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. The role involves selecting cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage systems, using an electric pallet jack/forklift, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Experience operating power equipment (forklift/pallet jack) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review work schedule and prepare required supplies; perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jack along racks to locate products for orders.
• Place stock on pallets from pick slots and load as required.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap/palletize as needed.
• Secure equipment at end of shift and complete paperwork.
