Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Phoenix to perform picking, staging, loading, repackaging and transporting orders per company standards. The starting wage is $20 per hour plus incentive pay, with the Night Shift starting at 6:00 PM until workload is complete.

Responsibilities include reading orders, moving items between receiving, storage and designated areas; ensuring proper labeling; and supporting department needs.

Qualifications

• Three months or more related experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; speak, read, and write.
• Electric Pallet jack and picking experience a plus.
• Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature.
• Must be available to work with the demands of the department which are regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reading production labels, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, repacked, disposed, or distributed
• Conveying materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
• Sorting and placing items on carts, pallets, shelves, racks, bins or boxes according to desired sequence
• Ensuring materials are properly labeled
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs
