Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and other items from multi‑level racks to fill customer orders. You will load pallets, wrap and stage orders for shipment while adhering to safety standards and quality controls.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 80 pounds, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts. Training wage starts at $21.00/hr with a $23.55/hr average after training, in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10–35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass pre-employment drug test; EPJ certification within training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage systems.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock using pallet jack/forklift and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; conduct safety checks on equipment and wear PPE.
• Transport palletized orders to shipping area and prepare for shipment.
