Qualifications

• The ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfort working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments from -10°F to 85°F.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.
• Commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering quality work each shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting customer orders while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Building, wrapping, and securing pallets for safe transportation
• Operating electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Verifying products for accuracy, quality, and damage-free condition
• Transporting completed orders to designated shipping areas
• Performing equipment inspections and following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Working closely with teammates to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule
