Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Selector, Non-Formula for our Oak Creek, Wisconsin location. You will pick, palletize, and prepare product for shipment, contributing to efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.

The role features a starting hourly wage of $20.50 with top performers earning $35.00+ per hour. Night shifts run Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM start, with comprehensive benefits beginning on Day 1.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare supplies.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Wear required PPE and safety gear.
• Move pallets on pallet jack and navigate multi-level racks to locate products.
• Place items on pallets and use pallets as directed.
• Transport orders to shipping dock staging and wrap for shipment.
