Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Sanitation, Warehouse Associate in Orlando, FL to maintain a clean and safe workplace across dry, cooler, and freezer areas. Responsibilities include cleaning, handling hazardous chemicals, and following safety guidelines.

The role supports health and safety policies, with shift from Sunday to Thursday 9:00pm–5:30am, and requires passing a background check and drug test after offer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 3–6 months of general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience.
• Must be able to work all three warehouse zones: Freezer, Cooler and Dry.
• Available to work Sunday thru Thursday 9:00pm - 5:30am.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely and accurate completion of all assigned training modules.
• May operate pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to receptacles.
• Completes all assignments timely and accurately.
• May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
