CJ Logistics Talent Team in Stockton, CA seeks a Sanitation Associate to keep a high-volume warehouse clean, safe, and organized. You will perform sanitation duties, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards to support efficient operations.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, adherence to OSHA and HazCom rules, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Training provided and team environment emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work at elevations up to 25 feet.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience using basic tools and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Follow established sanitation and cleaning schedules for the logistics center.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean designated warehouse and office areas.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and debris in compliance with facility standards.
• Maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and other employee common areas.
• Safely operate sanitation and maintenance equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, trash compactors).
• Monitor and replenish sanitation supplies and materials as needed.
• Inspect cleaning tools and equipment for safe operation and report issues promptly.
• Comply with company safety and sanitation standards, including OSHA and customer requirements.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and follow Hazard Communication (HazCom) standards.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring sanitation areas meet compliance expectations.
• Assist with light facility maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report damages, spills, or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Support warehouse operations through additional cleaning or maintenance duties during peak periods.
