Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Associate in California to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. The role involves scheduled sanitation duties, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Eligible candidates work on 1st or 3rd shift, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. The position requires basic math/reading skills, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work up to 25 feet high.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work at elevations up to 25 feet as required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience using basic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sanitation and cleaning schedules for the logistics center.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean designated warehouse and office areas.
• Remove trash, recyclables and debris per facility standards.
• Maintain restrooms, breakrooms and other employee common areas.
• Safely operate sanitation and maintenance equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, trash compactors).
• Monitor and replenish sanitation supplies and materials as needed.
