Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Moorestown, NJ store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory, while adhering to safety and storage guidelines.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles. Candidates with 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift familiarity are preferred; overall, strong communication and the ability to work under peak-season pressure are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Able to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in alignment with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products to maximize space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certification).
