Job summary

Hayden Beverage Co. in Boise, ID is hiring a Warehouse Production Lead for the 3rd shift. You will perform logistics tasks, adjust routing, back trailers, and ensure accurate loading for nightly deliveries.

Compensation is $21.00-$23.00 per hour with a Sunday-Thursday schedule starting at 10pm MST. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 60 pounds, operate forklifts, and pass pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates initiative and reliability.
• Physical ability to move product and operate lift trucks/forklifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment 4-panel drug testing and background check.
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics and loading tasks for product selection.
• Adjust routing orders to maximize production efficiency.
• Communicate truck changes to logistics, loaders, and management.
• Back trailers into loading docks as needed.
• Resolve truck/route issues with supervisor support.
• Ensure pallets are properly stacked for safe transport.
• Load end loaders and maintain 99.5% loading accuracy.
• Use heavy lifting equipment to load trucks.
• Verify transfer squares are empty and loaded properly.
• Complete BOL paperwork and SV/Twin logistics daily.
• Record special requests and communicate nightly handoffs to delivery.
• Receive product loads overnight for next-day put-away.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and adherence to procedures.
