You will help process freight, load and unload, scan shipments, and keep the warehouse organized while meeting production goals. The position offers a production-based pay structure, with average $16–$25 per hour and potential for $25–$35 for high performers as output increases.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of working in a warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load packages by hand from conveyor belts into trailers.
• Remove freight from trailers and place packages onto conveyor lines.
• Scan shipments accurately using handheld devices.
• Sort packages into cages or staging areas.
• Move cages and freight between locations.
• Build stable and organized trailer loads.
• Keep up with production demands during busy periods.
• Work safely while maintaining quality and accuracy.
