Job summary

La Crosse Beverage LLC in Onalaska, WI is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate – Beer Picker to join the Frank Beverage Group family. You will select and build customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse, ensure accuracy, and support safety and efficiency to meet daily delivery timelines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience preferred, and the ability to operate voice-picking technology, scanners, and hand-held computers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Knowledge of company products and supplier policies helpful.
• Forklift experience preferred with ability to obtain certifications.
• Analytical and mechanical aptitude necessary.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and quickly pick customer orders for next day delivery.
• Locate products using voice pick technology.
• Build pallets from orders and place them in an orderly, functional manner.
• Ensure correct quantity and type of product on pallets.
• Label pallets with identifying information.
• Other duties as assigned.
