Job summary

Frank Beverage Group, Wisconsin's largest beer distributor through Beer Capitol Distributing, is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Picker. You will locate and pick beer products for orders, build correct palletized batches, and use a voice picking program to drive speed and accuracy.

Shift runs Monday through Thursday starting at 9am and ending around 7pm. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly, operate riding pallet jacks and forklifts, and work well independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Accurately locating and picking beer products for orders
• Building correct pallet orders with picked beer products
• Use voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products
• Drive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shift

Beer Capitol Distributing LLC is Wisconsin's largest beer distributor serving Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, and Milwaukee counties. The team members of Beer Capitol Distributing are committed, innovative leaders of the malt beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.The 1st Shift Warehouse Picking position is responsible for using the voice pick system to build pallets by picking cases of product quickly, accurately, and safely.

Compensation $20.50 plus incentives.

Schedule Our 1st shift warehouse team works 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday, starting at 9am until approximately 7pm.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
