Job summary

Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 165 pounds, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefit eligibility begins when converted to full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no degree needed for AB ONE Wholesalers.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 165 pounds and work in varied temperatures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build stable pallets and position them at loading docks using voice pick headsets.
• Use lean six-sigma tools to improve efficiency and KPIs.
• Ensure loaded products meet AB standards and maintain quality.
• Maintain clean warehouse and sanitation standards.
• Wrap orders and load onto trucks; report malfunctions and maintain equipment.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and trailer spotting as needed.
