Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to join our distribution team. You will pick products, load trucks, build pallets, and verify loads using scan-to-pick technology, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, maintaining stock rotation, wrapping orders, and maintaining equipment. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, able to lift up to 165 lbs, and willing to work nights, weekends, or holidays; forklift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certified preferred.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to safely operate hand truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variation.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner.
• Build stable pallets, using proper pallet building ties.
• Use scan-to-pick technology to ensure product accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks and rotate stock in warehouse and on trucks.
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
• Maintain and track quality control.
• Maintain appearance of facility and handle damaged product and equipment.
