Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Order Selector in Brighton, MI. You will be part of a team supporting order processing and delivery for customers. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience is required, and safety protocols are emphasized.

Expect a starting wage of $21.90/hour with a $1.00 shift incentive and uncapped performance raises. You’ll work Sundays to Thursdays, with weekends off, and join a culture focused on growth, benefits from day one, and profit

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and sorting items as a picker/order selector.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work in a freezer environment as required.
• Train with dedicated team to learn processes and safety standards.
• Operate with speed and accuracy to maximize productivity.
