Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Brighton, MI is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Order Selector. You will work a Sunday-Thursday schedule with overtime as needed, perform order picking, and operate in a fast-paced distribution center. You will train on the job and earn competitive pay with two raises in your first year.

Staff enjoy weekly pay, a benefits package, profit sharing and a 401(k) with company match. You’ll be on your feet for long shifts and trained to handle both dry and frozen products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on your feet for long periods.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product for shipment in a high-volume distribution center.
• Operate scanners and pick lists to fulfill orders accurately.
• Work on temperature-controlled environments (refrigerated/freezer areas) as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse and follow training guidelines.
