Starting wage is $25.67/hr with raises at 90 days to $26.71 and at 1 year to $27.75, plus $1.00/hr shift differential. This role offers a cool, climate-controlled workplace with growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and operate forklifts.
• Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in cool warehouse temperatures.
• Read and follow safety procedures.
• Strong communication and team-focused mindset.
• Experience using warehouse software, scanners, or RF systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming products.
• Verify finished products and organize them in the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment.
• Load trucks and ensure orders are correct and rotated properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Interact professionally with truck drivers and complete shipping paperwork.
• Dependable attendance is essential to keep operations running smoothly.
