Job summary

Bongards Creameries Humboldt facility is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to perform material handling duties and operate powered industrial trucks safely in a chilly environment. You will load and unload trucks, stack cheese blocks, and assist with order setup while following GMP and safety guidelines.

The role requires a High School diploma, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Forklift experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to work the day shift, lift up to 55

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and reading skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely in a cold environment (40°F).
• Load and unload trucks staged at the warehouse.
• Pile cheese blocks up to 55 lbs and re-pile finished products.
• Set up customer orders and prepare pallets.
• Participate in PIT training and certification as required.
• Use inventory system (EMS) to track stock.
• Select and stack SKUs on pallets per order.
• Maintain safety, GMP and quality guidelines.
