Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an on-site night shift in Scranton, PA. You will supervise workflow, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include enforcing procedures for receiving/dispatching, maintaining inventory integrity, and delivering high customer satisfaction. Strong communicators with 2+ years in warehousing supervision are preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• High school diploma or GED; some college level study preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual/spanish a plus is listed as preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for products, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for receiving, storage, and shipping activities; keep inventory current.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coach associates; foster teamwork and communication.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and safety compliance; investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff and temps; address productivity and quality concerns.
