Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the nights in the Raleigh/ Garner area to lead the outbound shipping operations, ensuring accurate, efficient and safe order fulfillment. The role requires supervising a night crew, scheduling, training, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

The candidate will oversee payroll, loading/unloading processes, and continuous improvement of warehouse activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Forklift certification desired.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop night shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection.
• Payroll oversight.
• Maintain all safety activities for the night shift.
• Manage loading and unloading of product to ensure completion in an efficient and safe manner.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned
