Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safe, accurate and timely order fulfillment on the night shift at our Garner, NC location (2055 Eagle Crest Way, Garner, NC 27529).

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations management, forklift certification preferred, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. You will oversee payroll, safety, and staff development to ensure high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Forklift certification and experience is desired.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound shipping on the night shift to ensure accurate, efficient order fulfillment.
• Schedule order selection and replenishment accordingly.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop night shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection.

Job Description:

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are always properly filling orders for customer's accounts and that all items ordered are received.
