Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Material Handler for the Baxter Springs, KS facility. The role supports receiving, staging, and transporting raw materials and finished goods while complying with safety and quality programs.

The 3rd shift runs 11pm–7am, Sunday to Thursday, with starting pay between $17.43 and $21.53 per hour. Responsibilities include inventory transactions, waste disposal, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, transport, and stage product for truckload and multi-stop loads.
• Unload, stage, and receive finished goods and raw materials.
• Transfer raw materials, production supplies, and MRO to production areas.
• Complete inventory transactions for movement of materials and goods.
• Collect and dispose of recyclable and non-recyclable waste following procedures.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
