Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse. You will develop staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

You will cultivate strong working relationships with employees, management, and customers while facilitating training and ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, and coaching to staff.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies at all times.
