Job summary

Batesville Logistics, LLC is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead daily RDC operations and a team, ensuring efficient load/unload, inventory reconciliation, and strong customer support. You will monitor equipment, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with the sales group to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience leading warehouses and teams in a logistics setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and inventory control standards.
  • Ability to train and develop staff and apply CI/Lean methods.

Responsibilities

  • Run day-to-day RDC operations and lead the warehouse team.
  • Monitor and schedule maintenance of RDC equipment.
  • Ensure safety, accuracy, and customer service across operations.
  • Lead interviewing, training, and performance reviews as needed.
  • Maintain throughput and adherence to policies and procedures.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Other duties may be assignedWhat You'll Bring:EducationHigh School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
