Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Schiller Park, IL to assist with receiving, sorting, and loading operations during the Sat-Wed 1am-8am shift. You’ll work with a team to ensure on-time delivery, maintain safety standards, and use HelloFresh systems for dock and sort processes.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to cover nights and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Experience with warehouse scanning devices is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive and sort all volume for the shift with the team.
• Direct incoming volume to correct destination on time.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor.
• Attend pre-sort meetings and contribute to daily goals.
• Perform TSR processes to dock trailers safely.
• Support dispatching functions for drivers as needed.
