Job summary

HelloFresh in Schiller Park, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in receiving freight, break down pallets, scan and sort boxes by driver routes, and load vehicles. You will report to the Delivery Station Supervisor and help direct traffic in the facility.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long shifts (12am–7am), and working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to use scanning devices and other basic computer skills preferred.
• Specific vision abilities required: close and peripheral vision.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive and sort volume with a team.
• Direct incoming volume to the correct destination on time.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor.
• Attend pre-sort meetings, working towards daily goals and safe operations.
• Contribute to safety, productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Use our internal technology and systems to conduct operations.
• Assist in warehouse areas as needed.
• Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures.
• Meet productivity targets and maintain good attendance.
