Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Associate in a permanent, on-site role in the United States.

The position focuses on coordinating warehouse activities and ensuring accuracy and safety across operations, including lifting up to 70 lbs and operating diverse MHE equipment. The role requires use of RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inbound, outbound, and inventory control, while maintaining service levels and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse operations and safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with supervisor on all warehouse activities and performance.
• Utilizes RF scanners to perform warehouse tasks.
• Operates MHE including pallet movers, stand up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, and order pickers up to 28 feet.
• Uses WMS for outbound, inbound and inventory control processes.
• Ensures transaction accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Delivers reliable, efficient service while following established procedures.
