Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Starting pay ranges from $21.27 to $26.86 per hour, based on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ year warehouse/forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and professional interaction with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and direct day-to-day work assignments.
• Backup support for warehouse supervisor and vacations.
• Move products using power equipment and pallets; load/unload trailers.
• Operate industrial equipment to move, restock and repack product.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Participate in AIB and GMP audits.
