Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Odessa, TX is seeking a working lead for warehouse operations. You will perform checker, forklift operator, and general labor duties, supporting the warehouse team and ensuring accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, backing up supervision, and ensuring GMP and safety compliance while maintaining accurate records. This position requires forklift certification and a background in fast-paced warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ year warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience in a high-speed industrial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members and assign daily tasks.
• Provide backup support for supervisor and vacations.
• Move products using power equipment and lift pallets.
• Operate industrial vehicles to move, restock and repack product.
• Transport materials to designated work areas and build orders.
• Verify inbound/outbound loads and count inventory; record data.
• Maintain records and adhere to GMP/AIB audits and safety standards.
