Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse associate to load/unload stock tires and parts, operate a forklift and RF scanner, and support inventory control on a night shift. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally, with team lifts for heavy tires.

Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, assisting with e-commerce and will call, and maintaining safety standards. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies and state and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds, with team lifts for heavier tires.
• Work safely at heights and operate equipment around tall racks.
• Support inventory by conducting cycle counts and adjustments.
• Onboard and train new hires and guide team members on tasks.
• Assist with ecomm and will call as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
