Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate Level 1 – Grinder to support grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production area. This entry-level role requires dependable individuals who can perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently.

You will work on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am), with a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.50 night shift differential. The position offers growth opportunities within a stable, family-oriented manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience (training can be provided).
• Warehouse or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Support the Warehouse team as needed.
