Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 35 lbs; standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
• Assist with cycle counting and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Adhere to performance guidelines and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
