Job summary

Sysco Honolulu is seeking an Operations Associate to stock received merchandise in the correct locations, operate and maintain warehouse equipment, and support related duties throughout the shift.

The role requires basic reading and math skills, ability to lift, use forklifts, and work nights; prior warehouse experience is preferred. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or 6 months related warehouse experience or training.
• 6 months of warehouse distribution experience.
• Ability to work nights.
• Previous stand-up forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates electric forklift to move pallets in the cooler, freezer, and dry spaces.
• Unloads/loads pallets of products using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Stores and removes pallets of products from rack locations.
• Hand stacks product onto/off of pallets and into packing locations as required.
• Maintains a clean work environment and removes trash as required.
