Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Able to work in a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships.
• Punctual with good attendance and reliability.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load, pick, pack, ship, receive tasks and forklift operation.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Support automated packing system maintenance during shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
