You will operate sit-down and reach forklifts, perform picking/packing, and assist with shipping/receiving. Requires a forklift license, good communication, and teamwork. Training provided to develop skills and advance within Ryder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License/certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule with various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing and cycle counting.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment.
• Support maintenance of automated packing systems during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
