Ryder in College Park, Georgia is hiring Material Handlers to join a safe, team-focused warehouse environment.

As a Forklift Operator you will handle HVAC, paper rolls, batteries and circuit boards, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Additional Hourly Pay: $0.50 per hour when working 2nd shift
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am

• Products Being Handled: HVAC, Paper Rolls, Batteries, Circuit Boards
• Equipment: Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck, RF Scanner, Cherry Picker

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
