Ryder System, Inc. in Hagerstown, Maryland is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk Associate to support a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role offers weekly pay with a night shift schedule and benefits, operating with SAP and WMS in a clean facility handling computers.

You will work a night shift, including Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am with every other Wednesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, and be part of a team-focused culture in supply chain.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility to operate and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Work independently and as a member of a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate).
• SAP and WMS knowledge (intermediate).
• Safety Sensitive Position. May be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse directions and vendor assignments.
• Verify shipping/receiving documentation and coordinate with inventory to resolve issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
