Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative/clerical worker in Oconomowoc, WI. The role supports site management and the corporate office with data entry, shipments preparation, and administrative tasks.

Monday–Friday, 6pm–2:30am with training on unloading and opportunities for higher earnings on lighter trucks. Pay is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly, with average earnings of $600–$1,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office.
• Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems.
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
