Job summary

Keller Logistics Group is hiring night-shift shipping clerks for the Kenosha area, at 8801 88th Ave., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. The role supports the warehouse manager, requiring data entry, computer use, and strong communication to meet customer needs. Forklift experience is required and background checks will be conducted.

Hours run 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on rotating shifts with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must have basic data entry and computer skills.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using a warehouse management system is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and close receipts and shipments.
• Enter accurate data into metrics.
• Communicate with Customer Advocates and trucking companies about shipments.
• Update WMS and other applicable systems as needed.
• Direct forklift drivers on priorities.
• Provide efficient customer service via email and phone.
• Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers and warehouse staff.
• Maintain records and prepare required reports.
