Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Clerk in Omaha. This role handles warehouse admin duties including batch processing, driver check-in, repacks, inventory control, and slotting for night production. Schedule: 4pm start, 4 days a week, 10-12 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.

Requires at least 2 years in warehouse/shipping, proficiency in Excel, and AS400 experience. High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Office Suite.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will call and direct bill processing.
• Receive and process point of sale orders.
• Cycle count warehouse locations for accuracy.
• Review load audits for accurate times for loss prevention.
• Process repacked cases for restocking.
• Enter and slot new items in to warehouse for night production.
• Schedule deliveries with carriers and internal teams.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure order and invoice criteria.
• Receive and sign for all deliveries.
• Unload deliveries from inbound carriers (trailers, containers, dock trucks, vans).
• Process claims and returns with warehouse, purchasing, accounts payable, distributors and independent carriers.
