Qualifications

• 4+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations by timely escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Supervisor Task Process Flowchart and schedules.
• Cover daily operations and stagger shifts as needed.
• Provide feedback and escalate when necessary.
